INTEGRATIVE / INTUITIVE MASSAGE + BODYWORK

Each session is customized to your needs integrating Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy techniques with intentional facilitation of calming the nervous system and supporting the lymphatic and circulatory systems. We can create a care plan that integrates the benefits of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, hot/cold therapies through hot stone massage and hydrotherapy, or locally sourced CBD oil. Every body is different and needs different things. Whether you want to receive a full body relaxation massage or focus on an area of injury or tension or need support for chronic pain, you and your needs are at the center!

RATES

pay what you can through tiered pricing. I offer different pricing options to try to make bodywork accessible and equitable. Tiered pricing rates allows you to pick your payment amount in the spirit of equity, accessibility, generosity, privilege and redistribution, while simultaneously inviting your conscious investment into this practice. Please pay the highest rate accessible to you.

60 minutes — $222 (solidarity) / $150 (sustain) / $111 (support)

90 minutes — $333 (solidarity) / $225 (sustain) / $166 (support)

120 minutes — $444 (solidarity) / $300 (sustain) / $222 (support)
