I believe in slowness, that rest is an integral part of collective liberation, and that the deep healing and care that massage therapy can provide should be accessible to those that need it most. 

Take Care Holistic Massage + Bodywork offers therapeutic, accessible and intentional care in South Florida, on occupied Miccosukee, Seminole, Tequesta land. I hope to facilitate rest through the peaceful practice of intuitive and integrative massage therapy. I am grounded in the belief that everyone (regardless of gender, presentation, body modification, weight, culture, ethnicity, employment, occupation, ability, illness, age, or spiritual/religious background) deserves access to healing that is affirming, collaborative, and uplifting.

I am a licensed massage therapist through the Florida Board of MassageTherapy. I began my massage therapy education at Educating Hands School of Massage and have certifications in integrative Manual Lymphatic Drainage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. I am a student of herbalism, breathwork and, energetic anatomy. I value curiosity and compassion and am committed to holistic care work as a life-long learning practice. As a queer multidisciplinary visual artist, I blend my bodywork practice with my artistic practice focused on movement, self/collaborative care, and connection - with the land and our bodies.
